Simon has a wealth of experience in design, having held “Design Director” positions in some high profile interior design and architectural firms in London, before co-founding DeSallesFlint in 2008.

Successfully completing projects in hotel & hospitality, media, retail and residential, Simon has created award-winning design in each sector and brings this strength to every project.

His wide ranging skills include a strong creative ability, and attention to detail for every strategic element of a project, alongside building and nurturing good client relationships.

Simon’s core strength is understanding the importance of creating an interior that responds to a client’s vision, culture and values: believing that good interior design is about evolving a narrative that connects with and inspires the people who use it, to stay true to the creative inspiration and never take the easy road to creation.
